By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1What YOJNA is
YOJNA is an information and planning service. You tell us your situation; we match you against schemes, jobs, scholarships, courses and other opportunities, and give you a step-by-step plan for pursuing them.
2What YOJNA is not
We are not a government body and not authorised by any government department. We are not a recruitment agency, a bank, a lender, an educational institution or a licensed adviser. We do not submit applications on your behalf, and we cannot influence whether any application succeeds. Nothing in the app is legal, financial, medical or investment advice.
3No guarantee of outcome
We do not promise you a job, a scheme approval, admission, a loan, a specific income or any other result. Eligibility rules, deadlines and amounts are set by the organisation running the opportunity and can change without notice. We work to keep listings accurate and mark when each was last checked, but you must confirm the details on the official source before you rely on them or pay anyone anything.
4Never pay an agent
Government schemes and genuine job applications do not require you to pay a middleman. If anyone asks you to pay to receive a scheme, a government job or a subsidy, it is a scam. We will never ask for money to secure an outcome.
5Your account
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian consent on your behalf. Your mobile number identifies your account; keep your device and PIN secure. One account per person. Give us accurate information - your plan is only as good as what you tell us, and false information mainly wastes your own time.
6What you may not do
Do not use the service to break the law or to defraud anyone. Do not scrape, resell or redistribute our content. Do not attempt to access another user's data or to circumvent payment. Do not upload as proof anything that is not genuinely yours.
7Paid plans
Some features require payment. Prices are shown before you pay. What each plan includes is described at the point of purchase. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8Coins and rewards
Coins earned in the app are a loyalty feature, not money and not a deposit. They have no cash value except where we explicitly offer a conversion, may expire, and can be adjusted or withdrawn if earned through abuse or error.
9Content
The app, its text, design and generated plans are ours. Your plan is yours to use for your own purposes. What you write remains yours; you give us permission to process it in order to provide the service.
10Availability
We try to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features.
11Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any opportunity you did not obtain. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Navi Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
