Policy
Grievance Redressal
The named officer you can complain to, and what we commit to.
Version 2Effective 25 August 2026
Grievance Redressal
We are required to publish a named person you can complain to, and to actually answer. This is that person.
1Grievance officer
Sadham Hussain Mohamed Gouse
YOJNA cognitive technologies private limited
C Wing 404, CITY TOWER, Sector 15, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400614, India
grievance@yojna.ai
We publish the officer's name because the law requires it. Please use the
email address above, or Help and Support inside the YOJNA app - those are the channels we monitor.
2What to bring to us
Anything about your personal data, a payment or refund, content you believe is wrong or misleading, conduct by another user, or a decision the app made about you that you think is incorrect.
3How to complain
Email the Grievance Officer, or raise a ticket in the app under Help and Support. Include your registered mobile number and enough detail for us to find the problem. You can write in English or Hindi.
4What happens next
We acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 15 days. If it will take longer, we will tell you why and give you a date.
5If you are not satisfied
For personal-data complaints you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Other consumer complaints may be taken to the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the consumer forum with jurisdiction over you.
6First, a warning worth repeating
If someone has asked you to pay them to obtain a government scheme, a government job or a subsidy, that is a scam and not something we or any genuine intermediary would ever ask. Tell us, and we will remove the listing if it came through us.
