End User Licence Agreement (Terms of Use)
This sits alongside our Terms of Service and covers your licence to use the app itself. Where the app stores require a Terms of Use link, this is it.
1Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the YOJNA app on devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, rent, resell or redistribute the app, or use it to build a competing product.
2Ownership
The app and its content remain ours. This is a licence, not a sale. What you write stays yours.
3Subscriptions bought inside the app
Where you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, the store takes the payment and their terms govern that transaction. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, in your App Store or Google Play account settings - not in YOJNA, because we cannot cancel a store subscription for you. Refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Subscriptions bought on our website are handled by us; see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4If you bought through Apple
Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory non-compliance or consumer protection claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
5Termination
This licence ends if you stop using the app, delete your account, or breach these terms.
6Everything else
Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer apply in full and are part of your agreement with us.
