Refund and Cancellation Policy
1What you are buying
A subscription to YOJNA gives you access to your full plan and the paid features for the period you paid for. It is a digital service, delivered immediately.
2Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for - we do not cut you off early, and there is no cancellation fee.
3Refunds
If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have not substantially used the paid features, we will refund that payment in full.
We will also refund you in full, at any time, if you were charged twice for the same period, if you were charged after cancelling, or if a paid feature was unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault.
We generally do not refund a renewal you simply forgot to cancel, or a period you have already used. If your situation does not fit neatly into the above, write to us anyway and we will look at it.
4How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. Banks typically take 5 to 10 working days to show the credit. We issue a credit note against the original invoice for our records.
5Purchases made inside the iphone or android app
If you subscribed through Apple or Google rather than on our website, Apple or Google took the payment, not us. Their refund rules apply and refunds must be requested from them - we are not able to issue those refunds directly. Manage or cancel those subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. We will still help you work out what happened.
6Price changes
If we change the price, the new price applies from your next renewal and we will tell you before it takes effect.
7How to ask
Email support@yojna.ai from your registered address, or raise a ticket in the app, with your registered mobile number. We respond within 2 working days. If you are unhappy with the outcome, escalate to the Grievance Officer.
