Your Data Rights

Access, correction, erasure and nomination, and how to use each.

Version 2Effective 25 August 2026

Your Rights Over Your Data (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)

Under the DPDP Act you are the Data Principal and we are the Data Fiduciary. These are your rights and exactly how to use them.

1The right to know what we hold

You can download a complete copy of your data - profile, situation, plan, progress, applications, payments and support history - from Settings in the app. It is assembled fresh each time, so it can never quietly go out of date.

2The right to correct it

You can edit your profile in the app. If something you cannot edit yourself is wrong, tell the Grievance Officer and we will correct it. Correcting your profile can change which opportunities you match, which is usually the point.

3The right to have it erased

You can delete your account from Settings. We erase your personal data across our systems. We keep only what a statute obliges us to keep - principally payment and invoice records, which Indian tax law requires us to retain. Erasure cannot be undone.

4The right to nominate someone

You may nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapable of exercising them yourself. Contact the Grievance Officer to record a nomination.

5The right to complain

Write to our Grievance Officer first. We respond within 15 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, or we do not respond, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7What we ask of you

The Act also asks that you not file false or frivolous complaints and that you give accurate information when asserting these rights.
