Service Delivery Policy
1What is delivered
YOJNA is a digital service. Nothing is physically shipped, so no delivery address, courier or shipping charge applies.
2When it is delivered
Immediately. Access to your full plan and the paid features unlocks as soon as your payment is confirmed, normally within a few seconds. If a payment succeeds at your bank but the app has not unlocked within 30 minutes, contact us and we will resolve it - we can see the payment.
3How it is delivered
Inside the YOJNA app and at app.yojna.ai, under the account and mobile number you paid with. There is no separate download or activation key.
4How long access lasts
For the period you paid for. Cancelling stops the next renewal and does not cut short the period already paid for.
5If delivery fails
If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you are entitled to a full refund. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
